摘　　要：根据现代煤矿企业物流管理的特点,指出了现阶段煤炭行业加强物流管理的意义所在。文章论述了煤矿企业内部物流发展中面临的新问题,特别是物资配送中存在的制约性问题。从适应企业发展战略,提高物流管理效率的角度,提出了优化供应物流,改革生产物流、供应物流模式,精细设计物流计划,发展综合配送物流,强化专业市场建设等六个方面的对策。This paper introduces characteristics of logistics management in modem coal enterprises and points oat significance to stringthen logistics managerment in coal dustry at present . It discusses some new problems facing coal enterprises in the course of intralogistics development. In order to adapt to developing strategy of enterprises and improving effidently logistics rnanagement, the author put forward six countermeasures, optimizing production and supply logistics, reforming logistics model of production and supply ,subtly designing logistics plan , developing comprehensive distribution logistics and intensifying professional market construction.
