摘　　要：腐败问题是世界各国普遍关心的问题,如何解决腐败问题是对一个执政党执政能力的考验,也关系到一个国家的稳定与发展。最近中央印发了《建立健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系实施纲要》,这对我国建立健全惩治和预防腐败体系提供了理论指导。Corruption is a problem that deserves every country＇s care. How to solve the problem of corruption is a trial for the ruling party＇s abilities of administration, and is related to the stability and development of a nation. Recently, the Party Central Committee issued Implementation Outline on the Establishment and Perfection of Corruption Punishment and Prevention System in Way of Education, Institution and Supervision, which provides theoretical direction for out country to establish and perfect corruption punishment and prevention system.
