摘　　要：在应用收益现值法评估公路车辆通行收费权价值时,公路通行车流量的确定非常关键,对评估结果影响的敏感性也很强。根据委估公路的不同车流量资料,可以有不同的方法对未来车流量做出预测。To identify the highway traffic flow is highly critical when the income approach is used tovalue the toll right of the highway and it is very sensitive to the valuation result. Regarding tothe different traffic flow materials of the road to be valued, there exist various ways to fore-cast the future traffic flow.
