摘 要:本文初步研究了用SBBR法处理垃圾渗滤液的处理效果。在驯养结束后的20个连续运行周期里,控制曝气量为250L/h,温度为27℃,有机负荷为0.4Kg(BOD5)/m^3·d。当系统进水CODCr,NH3-N分别为810mg/L和93mg/L时,系统出水CDDCr.NH3-N分别为160mg/L和28mg/L,运行结果表明:该系统在此条件下可以稳定运行。在此基础上,维持有机负荷和温度不变,在曝气量为150L/h,200L/h,250L/h时分别测定不同进水水质时CDDCr,氨氮的去除率。实验结果表明:当气量为250L/h时,CDDCr的去除率随进水CDDCr浓度的升高而升高;当进水CDDCr为790mg/L时,CDDCr的去除率随气量的升高而升高,去除率为65.78%~79.68%,并且在1小时以后有较高的去除率。稳定运行8小时之后,去除率较接近各自的最高去除率。当气量为250L/h时,氨氮的去除率随进水氨氮浓度的升高而降低;当进水氨氮较低时(低于50mg/L),氨氮的去除率随曝气量的升高而升高,去除率为62.07%~97.69%。A study on SBBR was made for the treatment of landfill leachate.After acclimation, the system was operated under the conditions of continuous running of 20 cycles, air flux at 250 L/h, temperature at 27℃, and organic load at 0.4 Kg (BOD5) / m^3·d.The results showed that: when the influent's CODCr and NH3-N were 810 mg/L and 93 nN/L, we got CODCr of 160 mg/L and NH3-N of 28 mg/L in the effluent.So this system could ran very steadily under the given conditions.Under the conditions of same temperature and organic load, changing air fluxes and influents, the removal efficieneies of CODCr and NH3-N were detected. The results showed that: when the air flux was 250 L/h, the removal rate of CODCr increased when heightening the influent concentration; when CODCr were 790 mg/ L, the removal rate of CODCr increased while heightening the air flux. Its removal rate ranged from 65.78 % to 79.68 %, and each case had a fairly high ratio after one hour operation.When the air flux was 250 L/h, the removal rate of NH3-N decreased when heightening the influent concentration; when NH3-N were added below 50 mg/L, the removal rate of NH3-N increased while heightening the air flux. Its removal rate ranged from 62.07 % to 97,69 %.
