摘　　要：黔草1号高羊茅Festuca arundinacea cv．Qiancao No．1对土壤要求不严，具有绿期长、颜色深绿、适应性广、抗旱、耐高温等特点。植株自然高度76～97cm，独山种植生育期180d。丛生型须根系，单株分蘖可达287个，种子千粒重2．1g，种子发芽率85％～98％。种子生产用种量22．5kg／hm^2，收种后可多次刈割利用再生草，其鲜草产量可达34500kg／hm^2，可单播或与其他高羊茅品种及黑麦草Lolium perenne、三叶草Trifolium spp．等混播，用于运动场草坪建植、高等级公路生物护坡及生态治理工程等，单播用种量300kg／hm^2。已在生产上进行较大面积利用，其推广应用前景十分广阔。Qian grass No. 1 is a new variety turf types of Tall fescue, it was bred adopting improved method of mixed selection of wild Tall Fescue in Guizhou province for ten years. It can be planted in different types of soils and has long green period, widely ecological adaptability, drought-tolerance, high temperature tolerance and so on. The natural height of the plant is 76～97 cm, the growing period is 180 d in Dushan county, the weight of one thousand seeds is 2.1 g, seed germination is between 85%～98%, sowingrate for seed production is 22.5 kg/hm^2. The production of fresh regrowth grass which is cut to be used many times is 34 500 kg/hm^2 , after harvesting seeds it can be sown single or mixture with other varieties of Tall Fescue, ryegrass,clover. It suits to build the sports lawn, the the High way slope for biological protection, ecological projects etc. The sowing rate is 300 kg/hm^2 in the single grassland and 300～400 kg/hm^2 in the mixture grassland, according to adjusting measures to local conditions the sowing rate is to be made sure to account for 40%～70% in the mixture grass species proportion.
