摘 要:对自制的接枝改性阻燃高湿模量粘胶纤维进行了阻燃、热稳定性、力学性能及纤维形态的测试。阻燃粘胶纤维的极限氧指数为28.0%,DTA显示纤维在216~276℃之间吸热,这时纤维的质量损失率为35%。用扫描电镜观察接枝阻燃粘胶纤维的表观形态,发现阻燃粘胶纤维的表面和横切面不同程度地存在裂纹和孔洞。与高湿模量粘胶纤维原样相比,接枝改性阻燃高湿模量粘胶纤维强度下降19%;梳理后,阻燃纤维的短纤维含量达到71%。The properties of flame retardance, thermal stability, mechanics and the morphology of the home made flame retardant high wet modulus (HWM) viscose fibers modified by grafting were examined. The LOI value of the fibers was 28.0%. DTA showed the fiber sample absorbed the heat at 216 ~ 276 ℃ with the weight loss of 35 %. The holes and cracks were observed on the transect section and the suface of the sample by SEM. Compared with the un-grafted fibers, the strength of the grafted fibers decreased by 19%. After combing, the short fiber content of the grafted fibers reached 71%.
