摘  要:大力发展精细化工产业是现代化学工业的发展方向,而生物催化技术应用于精细化工产品的生产已成为时代潮流,生物催化吸引人的特征包括高效率、高选择性以及温和的反应条件。分析了当前生物催化技术在精细化工产业中的应用方面所取得的成就和存在的问题,并提出了发展建议。此外还以国内已获产业化的生物法生产丙烯酰胺、烟酰胺、D-泛酸、L-苯丙氨酸为典型实例,展示了生物催化在精细化工中的应用前景。The direction of modem chemical industry is developing fine chemicals industry of which the trend of development is the application of biocatalysis, and the attractive features of biocatalysis include high efficiency, excellent selectivity and catalysis at mild conditions. The current efforts and drawbacks of the application of biocatalysis in the fine chemicals industry were analyzed, and some development strategies were presented in this paper. Furthermore, the proapeet of biocatalysis in the production of fine chemicals was also displayed with the industrial production of acrylamide, nicotinamide, D-pantothenic acid and L-phenylalanine by bioprocess in China as typical examples.
