摘  要:本文研究了不同因子对芦笋(AsparagusofficinalisL.)悬浮细胞生长及其多糖含量的影响,结果表明:5%蔗糖和0.1g/40ml干重细胞接种量可促进其细胞生长;但不加谷氨酰胺和5%蔗糖有利于其多糖含量的提高。综合细胞生长和多糖含量两方面情况,以5%蔗糖、0.1g/40ml干重细胞接种量、75mg/L的谷氨酰胺、50mg/L的肌醇以及5mg/L的2,4-D为佳.Effects of different factors on the growth of suspension cells of Asparagus officinalis and on its polysaccharide content have been studied in this paper. The results showed that 5% succose in the liquid medium and the inoculated amount of 0. 1 gram dry cells per 40ml liquid medium greatly promoted the asparagus cell growth and that none glutamine in the liquid medium and the inoculated amount of 0.1 gram dry cells per 40ml liquid medium were beneficial to the increase of asparagus cell polysaccharide content.Considered from both asparagus cell growth and its polysaccharide content, the best combination was the inoculated amount of 0.1 gram dry cells per 40ml with 5% sucrose, 75mg/L glutamine, 50mg/L inositol and 5mg/L 2,4-D in media.
