摘  要:合成了以聚苯乙烯为核、聚丙烯酸丁酯为壳的核壳乳液,并采用了丙烯酸作为功能性单体,使乳液在成膜时乳胶粒表面的羧基赋予涂膜亲水的性能。水性涂料的亲水和耐水性能很难并存,研究了该乳液用于亲水性涂料时,如何提高涂膜的耐水性和硬度。并分别从以下三个方面入手,首先,通过回归动力学方程和保证较少的聚合凝胶量,确定了乳化剂的用量;其次,调节了核壳所用的交联剂二乙烯基苯的用量;最后,采用1,6-己二胺与乳胶粒表面羧基反应,使乳液在成膜时进一步交联。综合以上工作使得涂膜的铅笔硬度达到2H,在水中浸泡48 h不水白、脱落。A core-shell structure polystyrene-polyacrylate emulsion has been prepared, in which acrylic polymer acts as the shell and polystyrene acts as the core, via two stages emulsion polymerization. Acrylic acid is used as the functional monomer, of which the carboxyl group at the surface of the film provide hydrophilic property. Three methods are reviewed in this article to improve properties of the film, include searching appropriate content of emulsifier with minimum gel formation; adjusting the dosage of divinyl benzene (DVB) to increase the internal cross- linking degree of the emulsion particles and adding 1,6-hexamethylene diamine as external cross-linking agent of the coatings. Through these three methods above, the pencil hardness of the coatings can reach 2H and the water resistance of the coating is good enough in 48 h without whitening and peeling.
