摘　　要：塑料光纤是一种新型的光通信介质,在短距离通信领域得到了广泛的应用。主要介绍了国际和国内的塑料光纤标准情况,重点介绍了新制定的国家通信行业标准。Plastic optical fiber is a new optical-communication medium, which is widely used for short distance communication. International and national standards of plastic optical fiber for communication are introduced, and the national industrial standard ＂plastic optical fiber for communication＂ is emphasized.
