摘　　要：目的:观察间接喉镜下利用Nd:YAG激光治疗会厌囊肿的疗效。方法:在间接喉镜下采用自制的弯形激光切割器切除会厌囊168例。结果:经1年随访,无一例复发,总有效率达100%。结论:该手术操作简单,术中出血少,术后不易复发,病人痛苦小,是治疗会厌囊肿的一种较为理想的手术方法,值得推广使用。Objectives： To study the therapeutic effects of indirect laryngoscopic Nd：YAG laser operation in treatment of epiglottic cysts. Methods： 168 patients with epiglottic cysts were treated with Nd： YAG laser operation using a cutterbar modified from laryngeal polyp forceps under indirect laryngoscope. Results： The effective rate was 100 percent at 1 - year follow - up without recurrence. Conclusions： This technique was proved to be effective without recurrence, easy to conduct, with mild bleeding. The pain caused by the technique to patients was largely reduced compared with the traditional operation.The technique was an ideal operative method and should be introduced to more doctors .
