外商直接投资(FDI)与江苏省区域经济差异研究

摘　　要：运用Theil系数嵌套分解法和多元回归分析法研究江苏省区域经济差异的演变趋势和成因。改革开放以来江苏省区域经济差异呈现波浪式扩大过程;在省内不同地理空间尺度上,苏南、苏中、苏北三大区域间的差异一直主导着省内整体差异;FDI一直是影响江苏省区域经济差异的重要因素之一。对FDI的流入模式进行定性分析,并提出缩小区域经济差异的引资政策。Regional inequality is always a heated question in academic studies. By using the multi - stage nested Theil decomposition method and multiple regression analysis method, this paper studies the change of regional economic disparities and its formation cause in Jiangsu Province from 1979 to 2003. The main conclusions are： 1）since reform and opening- up, the regional economic disparities in Jiangsu Province witness a wavy enlargement course;2）on different geographic space scale in Jiangsu Province, the inequality among the southern Jiangsu （Sunan）, the central J iangsu （Suzhong） and the northern Jiangsu（Subei） dominates the whole disparities in intra - province;3）foreign direct investment（FDI） is the most important factor to the regional disparities in Jiangsu Province and its position is relatively stable. At the end of the paper, the authors qualitatively analyze the distributed pattern of FDI ,and present some policies to attract FDI with the aim to narrow the economic inequality.
