摘　　要：介绍了人参切片机的设计要求，探讨了人参切片机的技术关键。以满足切红参片的质量要求为核心，对ＲＱＪ－Ⅱ型手摇人参切片机的结构设计做了阐述。该机采用切片厚度可调的盘刀切碎器，入料口的尺寸。This paper introduces designing requirement and technical key of Ginseng Microtome. Taking the needs of quality of Red Ginseng slice,structural design of Ginseng Microtome are expounded. This machine comprises adjustable disc clipper and material entrance which the size and angularity of Ginseng slice can be adjusted. According to performance test It have the advantage of others in structural design and parameter selection.
