摘 要:研究了在线铁谱仪磨粒探测器中的磨粒沉降运动规律,建立了磨粒在流道-磁极倾角方案下的运动模型,采用有限元法仿真了直流电磁装置的磁场分布情况,并研究了初始高度y0和磨粒直径D等参数对磨粒沉积位置的影响。结果表明,在油样流动方向和磁极之间存在倾角γ的条件下,磨粒在磨粒探测器中按照尺寸大小有序沉积,且沉积位置和油样入口端之间的距离随着初始高度y0增加而增加。The sinking motion law of wear particles in the magnetic field detector of on-line Ferrograph was investigated. Firstly. The motion model of wear particles in the detector was presented, the magnetic field distribution of an electromagnet was simulated by finite element method, and the relationship between deposition position of wear particles and some parameters, such as initial height y0 and particle diameter D,was investigated. Simulation results show that when there is an obliquity between flow direction of oil sampling and magnetic poles surface, wear particles deposit according their size in the magnetic field detector, the distance between sinking position of wear particles and entry of oil sampling increases with initial height y0.
