摘 要:基于带压密封工程的原理,研究了承压设备缺陷部位上存在的裂纹、壁厚减薄、刚度和强度的削弱,环连接面法兰线密封、极度危害介质、密封材料、金属材料、工器具等对带压密封工程适用范围的限制。根据国内现有带压密封工程的技术水平和成功的带压密封工程实例,论证了5项不能采用带压密封工程消除泄漏的原由,得出了带压密封工程适用范围的研究结果是:泄漏介质压力为400Pa(绝压)~30MPa(表压),温度为-180~800℃二项重要技术指标。Limitation of the application scope of the online leak sealing engineering, such as cracks, thickness reduction ,rigidity and strength weakening on pressure equipments and line seal flange with ring-joint face, extreme hazardous medium, sealing materials, metal materials and apparatus, was studied based on the principle of the online leak sealing engineering. According to the present successful engineering examples and technique,5 reasons that the online leak sealing engineering can not be used were discussed. The two key technique indexes of the online leak sealing engineering: the pressure of leaking medium is 400 Pa ( absolute pressure ) ~ 30 MPa ( manometer pressure), temperature is - 180 ~800℃.
