摘　　要：“e-print archive”是开放存取(Open Access)运动推荐的一种非正式科学交流系统。文章简单介绍了“e-print archive”的中文翻译方法、基本内涵、工作原理、基本类型等问题;探讨了e印本文库内容管理的两个方面知识产权管理和长期存取,并根据实地考察和已有的管理经验提出了具体管理措施。＂e - print archive＂ is an informal scholarly communication system, which is advocated by the Open Access Movement. The article simply introduces the translation method, definition, operational principles, and elementary types of ＂e - print archive＂, and studies on the two aspects of the content management of e - print archive the management of intellectual property and permanent preservation, and, on the base of first- hand investigation and some experiences from the existed e - print archives, provides concrete and feasible methods to solve the problems met in practice.
