摘　　要：The construction of the Pan-Zhujiang River Delta Economic Region is a dynamic process and its final development will cover large areas including ASEAN.As the oversea Chinese in ASEAN are dominant with an ample economic strength,they will play a positive role in the process.With this in mind,the paper,from a macro point of view,analyses their economic advantages and ways of cooperation in the regional cooperation.The construction of the Pan-Zhujiang River Delta Economic Region is a dynamic process and its final development will cover large areas including ASEAN.
