某区人群艾滋病KAP现况调查

摘　　要：目的:了解攀枝花市东区社区人群当前对AIDS的知识、态度、行为(KAP)现况及相关影响因素,为探索切实有效的、可行的、可推广的社区健康促进模式提供参考。方法:采用流行病学现况研究及SPSS统计方法对资料进行χ2检验及Mantel-Haenszel(M-H)χ2的分层分析、多因素非条件logistic回归分析。结果:社区人群AIDS相关知识贫乏,知识知晓率为57·59%,受文化程度的显著性影响;普遍存在对艾滋病感染者及患者的歧视与恐惧心理;安全套防病功能意识不足,安全套使用率低,坚持使用率仅为14·73%,2·23%有吸毒史。结论:该社区应加强健康教育干预活动,营造社会支持和反歧视环境,建立社区AIDS综合防治模式。Objective： To study KAP about AIDS of community and its influence factors in east district, Panzhihua city, in order to provide scientific basis for community health promotion mode. Methods： Descriptive - study and SPSS software were used. Rosults. The knowledge about AIDS of community was very poor, the rate was only 57.59% and it was significantly influenced by the culture. The rate of using condom was low, 2.23% of the residents took drug, Conclusion： It＇s urgent to enhance public health education and establish mechanism of AIDS synthetic prevention and cure with multi-sectors cooperation in community.
