普鲁卡因静脉复合全麻期间血浆心钠素的变化

摘　　要：本文对３０例普鲁卡因静脉复合全麻患者血浆心钠素在麻醉前、麻醉诱导后、麻醉后１小时、２小时的变化进行了研究，经放免测定无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），与ＭＡＰ也无关系。说明麻醉中药物、病种、手术方法及术中体液对血浆ＡＮＦ均无明显影响。he changes of atrial natriuretic factor(ANF)in plasma were studied beforeanethesia,after induction of anesthesia and for 1-2 hours after anesthesia induced by intra-venous procaine, After measuring it with radioactive immunoassay, there was no difference1n plasma ANF(P>0. 05)and no relationship between ANF and MAP. The resultsshowed that during anesthesia the drugs, different diseases,the method of operation andthe body liquid did not significantly influence the plasma ANF.
