摘　　要：随着我国人口的持续增长、工业化进程的加快以及城市的急剧扩张,我国农业生产面临着巨大的压力,这不仅表现在土地资源的减少使得人多地少的矛盾变得更加突出,更为严重的是生态环境的恶化影响了农业的可持续发展。而劳动密集型农产品的特点决定了它的生产不仅适合我国国情,也是缓解我国农业生态压力的必然选择。因此,必须高度重视劳动密集型农产品的生产。With continually growing of the population in China, fast speeding of industrialization and expanding of cities, China faces enormous pressure, which is represented by the contravention between the decreasing land resources and increasing population, even worse, it is also showed that the worsening eco-environment deeply influences the sustainable development of agriculture. The characteristics of labor-intensive agricultural products is not only suits for China＇s situation, but also relieves the eco-pressure of China, therefore, it is timely, important and significant to emphasize the development of labor-intensive agricultural products in China.
