摘 要:1983~1988年对北京不同用药水平的海淀区马连洼和延庆县王家山地区柴青虫对拟除虫菊酯和有机磷杀虫剂抗性发展动态进行了逐年监测。结果表明,菜青虫对敌百虫仍处在高抗性水平,对拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂随栽培制度和施药次数的变化,抗性水平有明显的波动,总趋势抗性在发展。对辛硫磷、喹硫磷的敏感程度没有明显变化,说明它们与拟除虫菊酯没有交互抗性。可以与菊酯类农药轮换或交替使用,抑制抗性的发展。pb,SV_1对溴氰菊酯有增效作用,说明菜青虫对敌百虫和溴氰菊酯的抗性机制与 MFO 酶系和酯酶系有关。In 1983~1988,the monitoring of resistance of imported cabbage worm (Artogeia rapae L.) to pyrethroids and organophosphorus insecticides had been conducted in two districts of Beijing.The worm strains were collected from cabbage field and tested with insecticides by means of microcapillary topical application method.The results showed that high resistance levels of strains collected from dillerent districts were found toward the insecticide trichlorfon,after more than ten years stopped to use.Development of resistance in imported cabbage worm to pyrethroids changed with cultivation system of cabbage vegetables and frequency of insecticides application.Susceptible level do not changed obviously to phoxim and quianalphos,and no cross-resistance obser- ved between pyrethroids and organophosphorus insecticides tested.The syner- gism of pb and SV_1 mixed with deltamethrin was investigated respectively.The results indicate that the resistance mechanism in cabbageworm has correlation with MFO and esterase system to deltamethrin and trichlorfon.
