摘　　要：目的:探讨主动脉球囊反搏泵治疗高危冠状动脉疾病的围手术期护理方法。方法:对27例高危冠状动脉疾病患者应用主动脉球囊反搏泵,并予围术期精心护理。结果:本组症状改善23例,占85.2%,未改善4例。结论:主动脉球囊反搏泵为高危冠状动脉疾病治疗提供了一条有效途径,围术期精心护理可促进患者康复。Objective： To explore perioperative nursing care in the treatment of coronary artery disease with intra aortic balloon pumping. Methods： Intra aortic balloon pumping was applied under the meticulous perloperative nursing care to 27 patients with coronary artery disease in high risk. Results： The conditions of 23 patients were improved, amounts to 85. 2%, 4 patients were not improved. Conclusion： IABP provided one of effective methods in the treatment of coronary artery disease and perioperative nursing care can no doubt promote patient＇s rehabilitation.
