四种根管消毒剂对乳牙根管消毒作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：对比大蒜素、甲硝唑、甲醛甲酚（FC）、樟脑酚（CP）4种根管消毒药物，对乳牙感染根管消毒作用的应用前景，从中选出较适用于乳牙感染根管的消毒药物。方法：选择2．5～8岁患儿乳牙牙髓炎、根尖周炎160例共168个牙，随机分成4组，分别封人大蒜素、甲硝唑、FC、CP，7d复诊，观察临床疗效。结果：4种根管消毒剂对乳牙感染根管的消毒作用，大蒜素组有效率90％，甲硝唑组有效率88％；FC组有效率89％；三组间比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05），CP组有效率77％。组间比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05），4种根管消毒药物与牙位无显著性差异，4组病例中FC组出现2例治疗期间急症，对有瘘型根尖炎大蒜素和甲硝唑组与FC和cP组比较有显著性差异。结论：4种根管消毒药物应用于乳牙感染根管最佳选择依次为大蒜素，甲硝唑、甲醛甲酚、樟脑酚。Objective：To compare the effect of garlic, arilin, formocresol（FC） and phenocamphor（CP） as mot canal sterilization drug, then select the one much better for infective mot canal of deciduous teeth. Method：All 168 primary teeth of 160 children with endodontitis or periodontitis from 2.5 to 8 years old were separated randomly into 4 groups, garlic, arilin, FC and CP were sealed in canals separately, then return visited after 7 days, compared efficacy with clinical curative effect and evaluation criterion. Result： The effect of four kinds of mot canal sterilization drug for deciduous teeth were as follows, in garlic group, effective power wae 90% ; in arilin group, effective power was 88% ; in FC group, ef- fective power was 89% ; there were no significant difference in there groups（P 〉0.05）. In CP group, effective power was 77%, there were significant difference in groups（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between drug and tooth position. In FC group, 2 cases had emergency symptoms, there were significant difference between galic group, arilin group and FC group, CP group in cases of periodontitis with fist. Coneluslon：The effect of garlic, arilin and FC is equal in roughly, CP is next to the others, but FC has more stimulus and noxious for primary teeth, so the best order of mot canal sterilization for deciduous teeth is garlic, arilin, FC and CP.
