摘 要:研究了聚丙烯接枝超支化聚(酰胺-酯)(PP-HBP)/PP/聚氯乙烯(PVC)共混体系的流变行为。讨论了PP-HBP用量对PP/PVC共混体系流变行为的影响。结果表明,当PP/PVC共混体系中加入PP-HBP不大于5份时,PP/PVC/PP-HBP共混体系的表观粘度大于PP/PVC共混体系的;当加入PP-HBP大于5份时,PP/PVC/PP-HBP共混体系的表观粘度小于PP/PVC共混体系的;随着温度升高,PP/PVC和PP/PVC/PP-HBP共混体系表观粘度减小。The effect of polypropylene (PP) grafted with hyperbranched poly (amide es ter) (PP-HBP) on rheologic behavior of polypropylene/poly (vinyl chloride) (PP/PVC) was studied. The influences of the amount of PP-HBP on rheologic behavior of PP/PVC blend were discussed. The results showed the apparent viscosity of PP/PVC/PP-HBP blend was higher than that of PP/PVC blend when the amount of PP HBP was 5 phr or less than 5 phr, whereas the apparent viscosity of the PP/PVC/PP-HBP blend was lower than that of PP/PVC blend when the amount of PP-HBP was more than 5 phr. The apparent viscosity of PP/PVC and PP/PVC/PP-HBP blends decreased with increase of temperature.
