摘  要:分别用红外光谱技术与差示扫描量热仪定量研究了聚乙烯短支链甲基含量与其结晶度的关系,详细讨论了短支链甲基含量对聚乙烯结晶形态的影响。结果表明,高密度聚乙烯的短支链甲基含量远低于低密度聚乙烯,而结晶度高于低密度聚乙烯;聚乙烯随着短支链甲基含量的增加,结晶度降低。The quantitative investigation of the relationship between content of short branched chain methyl and crystallinity in polyethylene was studied by using infrared spectrum technology and differential scanning calorimeter. The effect of content of short branched chain methyl on polyethylene crystalline conformation was discussed in detail. The results showed that content of short branched chain methyl of high density polyethylene was lower than that of low density polyethylene, but the crystallinity of high density polyethy- lene was higher than that of low density polyethylene. The crystallinity of polyethylene decreased with increase of content of short branched chain methyl.
