摘　　要：HMT台架试验是HMT开发研究中的一个重要部分。通过台架试验,进行HMT性能测试、与发动机匹配和优化换挡控制策略,为HMT装车奠定基础。针对开发的HMT样机,必须完成HMT测试系统的开发,搭建台架试验台。本文论述了试验台硬件组成结构、数据采集、传输方式、控制方式和数据处理软件的功能,完成了基于工业PC微机的机械液压无级变速器测试系统开发。Bed testing is one of important jobs in HMT （ Hydro-Mechanical Transmission） design and research, by which we can finish many works such as the performance testing of HMT, HMT-engine matching, optimizingthe gear shift control rules and preparing for their assembly. The data collecting and processing system as well the test bed must be built up on the sample of HMT,so its hardware construction,the data acquisition and transmission, the control method and the software system are all discussed in this paper,and a data collecting and processing system based on an industrial PC has been finished.
