摘  要:新疆油田油气输送管网环绕准噶尔盆地。输送的原油种类共计4个大类28种。输送的天然气气源点11个,销售终端18个。年输油任务在1 000×104t,输气任务在25×108m3。在确保油气输送和销售任务完成的前提下,采用了先进工艺技术、更新了部分低效运转设备、调整了工艺运行模式、优化了管网系统的运行,实现了油气输送单耗的下降,达到了节能降耗目的。本文就采取综合措施,优化运行降低能耗进行了分析对比。Through Xinjiang oilfield oil & gas pipelines oil falling into four categories are transported and the gas around ZHUNGAER basin, the twenty-eight kinds of from eleven ports are distributed to eighteen final consumers. The system undertakes 1000×10^4 ton oil and 25×10^8m^3 gas every year. Under the conditions of completing the transportation and sell task, it is achieved to cut costs and to save energy with the help of adopting advanced techniques and technologies, renewing low efficient equipments, adiusting operational modes and optimizing the operational conditions of pipelines. Based on the above various measures, this paper presents some results of low costs and energy saving.
