摘　　要：本文通过介绍软水密闭循环冷却系统在本钢四号高炉冷却上的应用和所取得的实际效益,计算说明密闭系统在炼铁生产上比敞开系统节省电费129.1万元/a、用水费45.60万元/a,建设用地30～40%,高炉生产效益亦得到提高.The application and vested profits of closed soft water circulating system performing at the cooling system of the 4th blast furnance in Benxi Steel Company in Liaoning Province are presented. Calculating data show that in iron works the economical benefit of blast furnance increased due to decreased expenses of electricity and water by 1291 and 456 thousand RMB/a respectively and reduced land occupation by 30-40% of closed circulating system as compared with that of open system.
