摘　　要：针对政府、企业分别提出了多种筹资渠道，并对这些筹资模式的应用现状及其前景进行了分析，以便通过综合运用这些筹资方式，改善城市土地资产经营过程中存在的资金问题。Proposing many kinds of financing channels in view of the government and the enterprise separately, and analyzing present situation and its prospect to these, in order to improve financing problems existed in the process of urban land property management through utilizing these combined financing modes.
