摘　　要：BOT是国际上近十几年来逐渐兴起的一种基础设施建设的融资模式,为解决建设资金短缺问题提供了一条新思路。由于运用BOT模式进行项目融资,时间跨度长、涉及方面多,因此应重视其风险管理,以保证融资的顺利实施。BOT is a facilities building project financing pattern that is spung up recent more than ten years in the world,which puts forward a new idea for solving construction funds shortage problems.Because of taking long period of time and related of multiple aspects by use of BOT pattern to perform project financing,the risk management should be taken it seriously for ensuring the implementation of financing successfully.
