摘　　要：十三陵抽水蓄能电站机组设备国际招标大致分为三个阶段：（１）准备工作，向国外厂商进行技术咨询、资料收集和初步询价；（２）落实国外贷款，申请日本海外协力基金贷款，中日签订贷款协议；（３）招标文件编制，与中标集团签订合同。通过综合分析，该电站机组水泵比转速选用３４ｍ·ｍ３／ｓ左右，机组额定转速为５００ｒ／ｍｉｎ。The international bidding for .generating unit of Shisanling Pumped-storage Power Plant was (livided into threephases: (1) Preparation. The interested foreign manufacturers were invited to assist the technical consultation. information collection and preliminary enquiry. (2) Confirming the foreign loans. The application of loans from theOverseas Economic Cooperation Fund of Japan have been made. And the loan agreement have been signed betweengovernments of China and Jpapn. (3) Preparing bidding documents and awarding a contract to the successful tenderer.This paper also briefs the selection of main generating unit parameters and the e(luiprnent parameters of the contract.
