摘 要:以对氨基苯甲醛和苯酚(或萘酚)为原料通过重氮化和偶合反应合成偶氮醛,偶氮醛与吡咯反应得到2种新型偶氮卟啉——四对(4-羟基偶氮苯基)苯基卟啉(3)和四对(2-羟基偶氮萘基)苯基卟啉(4).通过核磁氢谱、红外和质谱对其结构进行了表征,研究了紫外和荧光光谱性质,并与无取代的四苯基卟啉的光谱性质进行了比较.新化合物紫外吸收有红移现象,且能在红光区发射荧光.化合物4的荧光光谱有较大红移,且在851 nm处发现荧光发射峰.Azo-aldehydes were prepared by diazotization and coupled reaction from 4-aminobenzaldehyde and phenol (or naphthol). Then the azo-aldehydes reacted with pyrrole to give two new azo-porphyrins, 5,10,15, 20-tetra- (4- (4-hydroxy-phenylazo) phenyl) porphyrin ( 3 ) and 5,10,15,20-tetra- ( 4- ( 2-hydroxy-naphthalen-1 - ylazo) phenyl)porphyrin (4). Their molecular structures were characterized by ^1H nuclear magnetic resonance (^1H NMR), infrared spectroscopy (IR) and mass spectra (MS). And the ultraviolet-visible and fluorescence spectra of the two porphyrins were discussed. Compared with the spectra of tetraphenylporphyrin ( TPP), the absorption peaks of the new compounds had red-shifts. The two compounds had emission peaks at red light range. In addition, the fluorescence spectrum of compound 4 had large red-shifts and had emission peak at 851 nm.
