摘 要:目的探讨嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的动态检测对严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)的临床意义。方法仪器和手工法动态监测3例重症和1例轻症患者痰液中嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的定量变化和耐药性,同时观察K-B法药敏试验中L型的诱导情况及变异趋势。结果3例重症SARS患者共42次痰液和1次胸腔引流液培养中,35份分离出来嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌L型,形态以长丝体为主。结论动态监测重症SARS患者痰液中嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌有重要意义,多种抗生素可诱导其发生L型变异,应随时注意其变异趋势。Objective To explore the clinical significance of dynamic observation of S. maltophilia in,patients with SARS. Methods S. maltophilia in sputum from 3 cases of critical and 1 of mild type patient with SAILS was examined continuously. L variation in antimicrobial susceptibility test performed by Kirby-Bauer method was also observed. Results 35 strains of S. maltophilia were isolated from 42 samples of sputum and one of hydrothorax,they were resistant to most antibiotics. Semi-fixed quantity of sputum correlated with the state of illness, and polymorphic S. maltophilia L-forms i.e. filamentous were found in bactefiostatic zone in K-B method. Conclusions Dynamic observation of S. maltophilia drug-resistance in patients with critical SARS was valuable, and it must pay attention that S. maltophilia may be induced to L-forms by many antibiotics.
