黄河下游河道工程老化失修评价方法和标准的研究

摘　　要：结合黄河下游河道工程的特点，对工程老化失修的评价方法和标准进行了研究。首先对国内的研究状况进行归纳分析，给出了工程老化、破坏和失修的概念，然后按照工程分类的一般方法建立了黄河下游河道工程分类指标体系和评价标准。由于各分类指标对工程老化影响程度不同，需合理确定各指标的权重，为此，引用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重系数。Study on evaluation method and standard of ageing and out-of-repair project was conducted in combination with the features of channel projects in lower Yellow River. The paper analysed demestic research achievement and defined the concepts of ageing, destruction and out of repair at first, then created index system of channel project classification and evaluation standard in lower Yellow River in accordance with general method of project classification. Because different index had different influence degree on project ageing, reasonal weights for each index were defined by using level analysing method.
