摘　　要：触痛点阻滞是在疼痛临床上最常用的治疗方法之一,其操作虽属“小技术”,但在治疗效果上所获结果却炯然不同,正确规范的操作可获优良效果,而不正确不规范的操作会导致合并症或效果不良。本文重点叙述触痛点阻滞的定义、作用机制、操作技术、用药、症状与阻滞部位、合并症及作者的经验体会。Trigger point block （TPB） is the most common used and effectively method of pain therapy in pain clinic. It is ＂minor technique＂, but the results of therapy were different The correct and standardization of operating method could achieve good results, incorrect operating method could induce bad results or complication. This paper detailedly introduces the definition, effective mechanism, technique of operating, drugs, symptoms and place of block, complication, as well as author＇s expriences.
