摘  要:目的:探讨外倾角、照射野长轴、X线强度分布三者间的定量关系。方法:利用勾股定理及X线强度分布原理,求得中心线外倾角对应的照射野长轴尺寸及X线强度分布的关系。结果:外倾角为3°~12°,对应的照射野长轴为10~42cm;X线强度阴极端为102.25%~105%,阳极端为92.65%~73%。结论:不同尺寸长轴的照射野,均对应于中心线外一定的倾角,获得阴极与阳端不同的X线强度分布值。在中心线外倾角12°,对应的最大照射野长轴为42.5cm(17英寸)时,是阴极端获得X线强度最大(105%),阳极端获得X线强度最小(73%)的外倾角。Objective: To explore the relation between the extermal slanted angle corresponded with the length of long axis in illuminate field and the intensity of X-ray distuibution. Methods: Theorem and the principles of the intensity of X-ary distribution were used. Resalts: The extermal slanted angle corresponded with a long axis in illuminate field of 10cm to 42cm is 3° to 12°. The intensity of X-ray at the cathode is 102.25% to 105%, and that at anode is 92.65% to 73%. Conclusion: The intensity of X-ray distribution required is different at the cathode or anode, the various lengths illuminate fidd of the long axis are corresponded with various external slant angles. When an external slant angle is 12° corresponded with the largest long axis in illuminate field of 42.5cm, the intensity of X-ray corresponded with external slant angle is the maximum intensity at the cathode (105%) and is the minimum one at the anode (73%).
