摘　　要：目的分析Eales病在中国健康男性青年人中的发病情况。方法以2003年北京地区应征入伍时眼科体检的新兵为研究对象,在散瞳状态下,用双目间接眼底镜对入伍新兵周边部视网膜进行筛查,然后对可疑病例利用辅助检查进一步确诊。结果在调查的3288名新兵中,疑似Eales病例41例,筛检阳性率为1.3%±0.2%,其中确诊病例26例,患病率为0.8%±0.02%。结论易感人群流行病学调查在Eales病的预防、治疗及发病机制的研究方面均有不容忽视的指导作用;血管旁白鞘和血管壁荧光素着染可视为Eales病早期确诊的必要条件。Objective Eales disease is an idiopathic obliterative vasculopathy that usually involves the peripheral retina of young adults, and it is clinically characterized by avascular areas in the retina periphery, followed by microaneurysms, dilatation of capillary channels, tortuosity of neighboring vessels, and spontaneous chorioretinal scars. The purpose of this paper was to investigate the epidemiology of Eales disease in health young man in China. Methods The new recruits aged 17 - 24 years in Beijing region were examined by binocular indirect ophthalmoscopy after the pupils were dilated, and some relevant data to Eales disease were investigated by questionnaire method. The diagnosis criteria of Eales disease were made on the standard by Jyotimay Biswas. Some diseases mimicking Eales disease were excluded, and the differentiation diagnosis of Eales disease with other related ophthalmopathy and further examination including fluorescein fundus angiofraphy （FFA）, purified protein derivative （PPD）, blood routine analysis and chest X ray test were taken for questionable cases. Results 3 288 recruits took part in the investigation. Forty-one questionable patients were detected with the positive screening rate 1.3%±0.2%. Twenty-six of them were diagnosed ultimately as Eales disease with the incidences 0.8%±0.02% in presented study. Conclusion The epidemiological survey play an important role in the screening, prevention, therapy and investigation of Eales disease.
