摘  要:目的探讨磁共振对比增强血管三维成像(3DCE-MRA)在头颈部动脉病变的诊断价值。方法使用1.5T高场强磁共振检查仪,对100例患者进行头、颈部动脉3DCE-MRA检查,其中头部56例,颈部44例。将获得的3DCE-MRA原始数据进行减影和最大信号强度投影(MIP)及多平面重建(MPR)。结果100例中正常18例,其中头部7例,颈部11例。异常82例,分别为脑动脉瘤4例,脑动静脉畸形(AVM)4例,动脉变异5例,动脉狭窄、闭塞69例(包括动脉硬化后管腔变细、梗塞、栓塞、肿瘤压迫)。结论3DCE-MRA是一种无创性检查头颈部动脉病变的可靠方法,在临床诊断和治疗头颈部动脉病变中起到重要作用。Objective To evaluate effectiveness of three-dimensional contrast-enhanced MR angiography (3D CE-MRA) in diagnosing arterial diseases in head and neck. Methods 3D CE-MRA was performed on arteries in head (56 cases) and neck (44 cases) of 100 patients using 1.5T super conductive MR scanner. Raw data collected by 3D CE-MRA underwent digital subtraction and maximum intensity projection (MIP) and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR). Results 18 cases showed no abnormalities (7 cases in head and 11 cases in neck). The remaining 82 were abnormal, including 4 cases with cerebral aneurysm, 4 cases with artery-vein malformation (AVM), 5 with variant artery, 69 with narrowness or occlusion (including narrowness, infarction, embolism, tumor compression). Conclusion 3D CE-MRA is noninvasive whilst reliable for probing diseases in arteries in head and neck.
