改良乳腺区段切除术在乳腺良性疾病中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨改良乳腺区段切除术在乳腺良性疾病中的应用价值,并比较不同切口的临床效果.方法：采用改良乳腺区段切除术治疗乳腺良性疾病18例,其中乳管内乳头状瘤12例、乳腺纤维瘤3例、乳腺窦道2例及乳腺增生病伴腺瘤样变性1例.采用梭形切口14例,心形切口4例.结果：18例手术均顺利,切口均Ⅰ期愈合,无明显并发症发生,随访3个月～6a,梭形切口术后乳腺的外形8例为优级,4例良级,2例失访;而心形切口均为优级.结论：改良乳腺区段切除是治疗乳腺某些良性疾病的有效方法,心形切口可使术后乳房的外形更满意.Objective： To investigate the applied value of modified partial mastcctomy used in benign mammary diseases and to compare the clinical effect of different incisions. Methods： 18 cases benign mammary diseases including 12 cases of intraductal papilloma, 3 mastofibmma, 2 mammary sinus tracts and 1 adenomatous hyperplasia, were adopted modified partial mastcctomy. The fusiform incision were employed in 14 cases and other 4 cases accepted the cordiform incision.Results：The operations in 18 cases were successful and no complication occurred. The follow-up duration was from 3 months to 6 years, the mammary outline form in 8 cases adopted fusiform incision were best grade, that in 4 case were better, 2 cases were failure to visit, however the mammary outline form were best grade in all cases adopted cardioform incision. Conclusions： Not only was modified partial mastcctomy useftd method in the operation of some benign mammary diseases but the postoperation cosmesis was satisfacation in the cardioform incision.
