摘  要:为制取防湿、耐水包装用纸的外层涂料,采用种子乳液聚合方法,合成了有机硅丙烯酸酯乳液。研究了酸度、有机硅(D4)和交联剂用量对乳液聚合及涂膜性能的影响。并确定了最佳聚合条件,得到了吸水率低的优质涂膜。通过透射电镜(TEM)和红外光谱等对硅丙乳液的性能进行了表征,结果表明硅丙乳胶粒子具有稳定的核壳结构。To prepare a dampproof and anti- water outer coating for packaging paper, the organosilicon ( D4 ) - acrylate latex was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization. The effect of reacting conditions on the latex properties and performance of the latex film were studied such as the acidity, the dosage of D4 and cross - linking reagent. The best polymerization condition was determined; low water - absorptivity and high quality coatings film was gained. The properties of the latex were characterized by TEM and FFIR, and the result indicated that the latex particles have the stable core -shell structure.
