摘　　要：制定环境标志认证标准是实施环境标志的核心和难点。分析归纳了国内外目前制定认证标准的4种方法:一般原则法、完整LCA法、简化定量LCA法、简化定性LCA法;重点探讨了定量与定性分析结合的加权简式生命周期评价矩阵法,详细分析了评价计算步骤,并建议我国采用此法制定环境标志认证标准。Establishing environment symbol Certification standard is the core and difficulty of implementing environment symbol. This article analyzed the four methods both at home and abroad used to estab- lish the certification standard： the general principle method, the complete LCA method, the simplified quan- titative LCA method and the simplified qualitative LCA method; discussed the quantitative and qualitative weighted simplified matrix method of life cycle evaluation, analyzed the evaluation and calculation steps the in details and put forward the suggestion that our country should establish environment symbol certification standard by these method.
