摘　　要：现代商业迅猛发展,新的商业业态不断涌现,使得商业广场的建设成为一种必然。城市活动的多样性及人类需求的多元化,更促进了这一趋势的发展。with the rapid development of modem commerce , new commercial rorms are cornsing forth on and on. This condition makes the construction of the commercial square become necessarily. Varieties of urban activities and multi plexatian of human requirements accelerate the further development of this tendency.
