摘　　要：应用ASP技术,结合ACCESS数据库来设计和实现信息发布系统,提供信息资源的浏览、查询以及动态的对信息资源的管理,以图书馆主页信息剪报栏目为实例,详细介绍了信息发布系统开发方法和步骤。By applying ASP technology, the paper has described the combination of ACCESS database with the design and realization of information releasing system, the provision of browsing information resources, and the search and dynamic information resources management. The paper has taken homepage newspaper clipping column of the library as an sample, to intro- duced, in detail, the development method and procedure of the information releasing system.
