摘 要:研究了Nd3+、Li1+取代对CaTiO3微波介电性能的影响。以x=0.39的Ca1-xNd2x/3TiO3(CNT)为典型材料,在1 300~1 380℃烧结制备CNT。在1 350℃烧结4 h,可制备出介电常数rε=109.24,品质因数与频率之积Qf=8 650 GHz,谐振频率温度系数τf=+243×10-6/℃的CNT(x=0.39)微波陶瓷。对于(1-y)Ca1-xNd2x/3TiO3-yLi1/2Nd1/2TiO3(CNLNT),采用一步预合成法在1 200~1 380℃烧结制备CNLNT(x=0.39,y=0.49)微波陶瓷。随着烧结温度的提高,CNLNT(x=0.39,y=0.49)陶瓷的rε下降,τf略有下降。当烧结温度超过1 300℃时,Qf值下降。在1 300℃烧结4 h,rε=104,Qf=3 440 GHz,τf=+9×10-6/℃。The effects of Nd^3+ and Li^1+ substitutions on the microwave dielectric properties of CaTiO3 were studied. The Ca1-xNd2x/3TiO3 ( CNT ) ceramics were prepared at sintering temperatures of 1 300~1 380 ℃ by using CNT( x = 0.39 ) ceramics as examples. Microwave dielectric properties of εr= 109.24,Qf = 8 650 GHz,τf= + 243×10^-6/℃ were obtained for CNT( x = 0.39 ) ceramics sintered at 1 350 ℃ for 4 h. For(1-y)Ca1-xNd2x/3 TiO3-yLi1/2 Nd1/2 TiO3 (CNLNT) materials,CNLNT(x = 0.39,y = 0.49) ceramics were prepared at sintering tem- peratures of 1 200~1 380℃ by the one step calcination method. With the increasing of the sintering temperature, the e, of CNLNT(x = 0.39,y = 0.49)ceramics decreased, and the rf of which decreased slightly. When the sintering temperature is over 1 300 ℃, Qf value of CNLNT(x = 0.39,y = 0.49)ceramics decreased. The CNLNT(x = 0.39,y = 0.49)ceramics sintered at 1 300 ℃ for 4 h showede εr of 104,Qf of 3 440 GHz and τf of + 9 × 10&-6/℃.
