摘  要:介绍了一种以新型压电复合圆盘作为执行器的电/气转换器的结构和工作原理。通过综合考虑压电陶瓷片直径、厚度和中间电极厚度对压电双晶片驱动电压的影响。采用正交试验法设计试验方案,并对试验结果进行了方差分析;提出了直径、厚度和中间电极三因素的最佳组合,并对最佳因素组合进行了实验,得到输出气压0.02~0.10MPa的工业现场要求下的驱动电压仅为8.2V,为新型压电智能型电/气转换器的研制打下了基础。The structure and operating principle of a new electric-pneumatic transfer device whose actuator is based on piezoelectric composite discs are proposed. Comprehensively considering the influence of the diameter and the thickness of the piezoelectric ceramics and the thickness of the electrode, the orthogonal method is used to design the experiment scheme, experiment results are dealt with analysis of variance, the optimum composition of the three factors is obtained. An extended experiment is conducted according to the analysis. This optimum structure can meet the requirements of the air pressure output between 0.02 MPa and 0. 1 MPa in industrial field with very low voltage of 8.2 V only, which provides a good basis of development of intelligent electric-pneumatic transducer device with piezoelectric actuators.
