摘　　要：以线缆设备倒轴机为例,介绍了采用通用变频器来实现线缆收放卷恒张力控制的方法。The methods that keep the tension of wire and cable constant in process of pay-off and take-up by using general inverter are presented. The application of pay-off and take-up devices of electrical wire are also given.
