摘 要:为探讨催化铁内解的反应机理,在印染厂以调节池废水为研究对象进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,对于碱性印染废水,催化铁反应器的停留时间应不小于5.0h,采用厌氧运行方式对色度去除和提高可生化性更为有利,经后继生化处理后,出水有机物和色度去除率分别为75%、81.5%,出水pH呈下降趋势。To investigate the effect of catalyzed iron inner electrolysis for treating dyeing and printing wastewater ,and enquire into the mechanism of this process, the wastewater of adjusting tank was tested by catalyzed iron inner electrolysis. The results showed that the HRT of reactor should be more than 5.0h when inflow was alkaline; anaerobic way of running was advantageous to removal of chroma and increasing biodegradation, and the efficiancies of removal of COD and chroma were respectively 75% and 81.5% after biological treatment, meanwhile pH lowered step by step in whole process.
