摘　　要：空间分辨率反映核磁共振系统在高对比度下对微小物体的分辨能力。高的空间分辨率容易检测出微小的物体,在诊断时不易漏掉微小病灶,避免造成漏诊、误诊。空间分辨率是衡量磁共振图像的重要指标,它直接影响到图像质量的好坏以及图像的诊断价值。并就其检定方法进行论述。The MRI image space resolution ratio reflects its resolving power to tiny subject under high contrast. High image space resolution ratio can help MRI detect tiny subject and it＇s not easy to ignore tiny focus and avoid ignoring diagnostics and wrong diagnostics. The image space resolution ratio is the most important index to evaluate the images of MRI. It can affect the image quality and the diagnostic valuation of the images.
