摘　　要：邮政法修订之际,对邮政合同的定义的争论已达白热化。邮政合同的范围不应当等于邮政企业的业务范围。将邮政合同限定于普遍服务合同,不仅突出了邮政合同的社会服务的特殊性,而且也揭示了邮政的本源。The debate about the definition of postal law became white - hot while it was revised. The definition of postal contract should not be equal to the business scope of post office. Postal contract should be limited to universal service, which not only stresses its specialty as social service but also reveals its origin.
