现阶段构建中国和谐社会的对策分析

摘　　要：构建社会主义和谐社会应分阶段实施。在现阶段应从加大财政转移支付力度、理顺收入分配秩序、完善税收制度防止非法致富、减少低收入和贫困群体、扩大就业、提高人口素质和历行节约等方面加快推进社会主义和谐社会构建。Constructing the socialism harmonious society shoran be supposed to go out simply pursues the equality, the average and the social stability erroneous zone. It proposed constructing the socialism harmonious society to be supposed to divide the stage implementation and our country should increase the financial payment dynamics under the present stage, straighten out the income assignment order and the consummation tax revenue system preventing illegal enrichment, reduced the low income and the impoverished community, expand employment, improves the human quality and implement the saves and so on the aspect to speeds up the countermeasure suggestion which the advancement socialism harmonious society constructed.
